"We are happy to announce that we that they have signed an open ended contract with former World and European Champion Daniele Ielasi at the Toy Fair in Nuremberg. The deal will see the Italian driver race for the Team Shepherd indefinitely. The new contract follows on from our previous 2 year contract during which we established a real close cooperation with one of the worlds best drivers. As Daniele has been testing the Velox V8 ‘eleven’ recently in Miami and will go for more testing with the team prior to April’s World Championships where he aims to compete for the win.
